John the Baptist begins preaching and baptizing unto repentance. Many come confessing their sins, seeking baptism. Jesus also comes to be baptized by John, declaring it will “fulfill all righteousness.” After being baptized, Matthew records clearly how The Trinity appears in the same earthly space and time.
